Accessibility Statement
What we have done to keep this site usable for everyone, what still needs work, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.
1. Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need larger text and higher contrast.
2. Standard
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site is built with semantic HTML landmarks, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, contrast ratios checked against the AA thresholds, and a layout that reflows to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
3. Motion
Decorative animation is subtle and respects the operating-system “reduce motion” preference, which disables transitions and background movement entirely.
4. Known limitations
Some legal tables scroll horizontally on very narrow screens. We are working on a stacked presentation for those.
5. Feedback
If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will fix it and send you the information you were after by another route. Email privacy@portal.adminmailserver.com or call 845-672-7368. We respond within two business days.
